Open Study is a mobile application the main purpose of which is to help its users to find their ideal place to study at among Portland's cafes and coffee shops. By using regularly updated and easy-to-use statistics people can compare different places to find the one that fits their needs the most.
The app is intended to be used mostly by students. It has a modern look but at the same time the color palette and serif fonts give it a sophisticated and classic feel. The colors are not overly bright as it is expected that the users will need to look at the screen to compare data and navigate places on the map. The logo represents a coffee stain, as if someone left it after enjoying their coffee for a long time.
The charts provide users with some of the most crucial information that can highly impact their decision on which place to pick.
